The NAF Satisfaction or your money back Guarantee (“Guarantee”) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
Promoter:
Nutritional Advanced Formulas (“NAF” or the “Promoter”) is a brand name of Greencoat Limited, company number 1560108 whose registered office is Weston Centre, 10 Grosvenor Street, London, W1K 4QY and whose manufacturing address is NAF, Wonastow Road Industrial Estate (west), Monmouth NP25 5JA.
- The Guarantee relates exclusively to NAF’s Metazone 500ml (“The Product”). Other NAF products are not eligible.
- The Guarantee will run from 7th July 2025. Products purchased on or after this date are eligible for participation in the Guarantee, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
- Eligibility: To make a claim under this Guarantee:
- You must be a natural person aged 18 years or over and have purchased the Product (‘You’ or ‘the Customer’).
- You must follow the “Claim Instructions” set out in the table below.
- Only one claim under this Guarantee is allowed per Customer. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether a Customer has already submitted a claim and to refuse any subsequent claims.
- The Guarantee applies to the product purchase price only. Any postage costs will not be refunded.
- This Guarantee is not open to any employees of the Promoter.
- Proof of Purchase is necessary. You must retain the itemised receipt(s) or proof of purchase of the relevant Product and the date of purchase.
- Your claim must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase or order.
Claim Instructions
- To make a claim, go to our Metazone 500ml Page and complete the contact us claim form, uploading proof of purchase at the bottom of the page.
- Our team will review the form and be in contact with you to process the refund.
- Accepted claims will be paid within 14 days from the date of contact following submission of the form.
General Terms applicable to all claims
- Claims submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint claims are not allowed. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late claims will not be accepted. No third party or bulk claims. If it becomes apparent that any third party is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, using multiple email addresses, bank accounts, using multiple identities, fraudulently falsifying data, sharing receipts, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these individuals will be disqualified, and any claim entitlement will be void.
- This Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. In particular, if you purchased your products ‘at a distance’ (online), you may have a statutory right of return for any unopened products. - The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any claims if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Guarantee.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Guarantee by providing reasonable notice on: nafequine.com
- Decisions of the Promoter are final in all matters relating to the Guarantee. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of the Promoter’s decisions.
- The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected claims.
- Nothing in these terms excludes the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, or any other liability that the Promoter may not exclude by law. Subject to that, the Promoter and its associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Guarantee. In particular, the Promoter cannot be held responsible for technical malfunctions, such as network, electronic or computer failures, or data transmission problems.
- If any of these terms and conditions are found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining other provisions shall continue to apply.
- The Promoter shall use claimants' personal data only for the purposes of carrying out the Guarantee, in particular to verify eligibility and to process your claim. The Promoter’s privacy notice is available at https://nafequine.com/policies/privacy-policy. In certain circumstances the Promoter may be asked to provide claimants‘ personal data to the Advertising Standards Authority (“ASA”) who publish and enforce the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (the “Code”) and to other Regulators and enforcement bodies. This use of claimants‘ personal data is necessary for the Promoter’s legitimate interests in complying with the Code and/or its other legal requirements. You may object to the disclosure to the ASA and to other Regulators and enforcement bodies by emailing info@nafequine.com giving reasons. The Promoter will take these reasons into account if the ASA or other Regulators or enforcement bodies ask for claimants‘ details. Please note, however, that the Promoter may nevertheless still be required to disclose this information.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree that any dispute or action arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
