As General Manager, I am responsible for the production processes and complete supply chain for our brands. I like helping people develop and achieve their potential. I strive to develop a culture of high trust behaviours, believing that how we do things is as important as what we do.

I admire the ethos of the brand, supporting riders and horses with passion and products from grassroots right through to world class.

Owning horses and a small stud, nutrition for health, longevity and breeding is very important to me. Working for NAF has given me the knowledge and access to the very best supplements. Our Technical Team is driven by a shared passion for For the Good of the Horse. Made up of veterinarians, nutritionists, product developers, and more, they work tirelessly to ensure our products meet the highest standards of equine health and wellbeing. Collaborating with both internal teams and external partners, they lead the way in research, innovation, and product development, ensuring that everything we do is rooted in science, expertise

Sales & Marketing
Our Sales and Marketing teams are at the heart of our growth while strengthening our brand. Our Sales team, made up of area sales professionals across the UK that support our stockists, ensuring they have everything they need. Meanwhile, our Marketing team focuses on branding, communications, events, and campaigns, keeping our presence strong and engaging.

Operations
Our Operations Team is the backbone of our production, based at our manufacturing site in Monmouth. They carefully oversee every stage of the process, from manufacturing and packing to ensuring each product is safely shipped. With a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety, they work behind the scenes to ensure every product meets the highest standards and reaches our customers on time.
