NAF In-Store Scratch Card and Prize Draw Promotion – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Greencoat Limited, operating under the brand name Nutritional Advanced Formulas (“NAF”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Greencoat Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 15860108. Our registered office is Weston Centre, 10 Grosvenor Street, London W1K 4QY.
Our main manufacturing address is NAF, Wonastow Road Industrial Estate (West), Monmouth NP25 5JA.

2. Promotion period
The promotion opens at 00:01 on 1 July 2026.
The promotion includes two separate elements:
a) Scratch card / instant-win Treats promotion: scratch cards are available with qualifying NAF purchase transactions at participating retailers from 1 July 2026 until 23:59 on 14 September 2026, or while scratch card stocks last, whichever is sooner. Selected cards win a bag of NAF Treats, subject to availability.
b) Main prize draw: entries for the main prize draw open at 00:01 on 1 July 2026 and close at 23:59 on 14 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
3. Promotion structure
This promotion includes two separate mechanics:
a) a purchase-linked scratch card instant-win promotion, available with qualifying NAF purchase transactions only at participating retailers, while stocks last; and
b) a main prize draw, which can be entered with or without purchase.
4. Eligibility
This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only, excluding employees of NAF, their families, participating retailers, agencies, giveaway partners, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
5. Delivery restrictions
We deliver to the UK, excluding Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands, including PO, IV, HS, KW, ZE, and select PA/PH postcodes.
Entrants must be able to provide an eligible UK delivery address for the provision of prizes. NAF reserves the right to request an alternative eligible delivery address if required.
6. How to receive a scratch card
Purchase any NAF product in-store as part of a qualifying NAF purchase transaction at a participating retailer during the promotion period to receive one scratch card, subject to availability.
One scratch card may be issued per qualifying NAF purchase transaction, regardless of the number of NAF products included in that transaction. Scratch cards are available while stocks last.
For the avoidance of doubt, a qualifying NAF purchase transaction means one customer transaction that includes at least one NAF product. It does not mean one scratch card per NAF product within the same transaction.
7. Scratch card instant-win prize
Scratch the card to reveal whether you have won a bag of NAF Treats. Selected cards win. Winning cards must be shown to the participating retailer to claim the instant-win prize.
Instant-win prizes are subject to availability and must be claimed in-store from the retailer that issued the scratch card by 23:59 on 14 September 2026, or while instant-win prize stocks last, whichever is sooner.
Purchase is required to receive a scratch card and take part in the instant-win NAF Treats promotion.
8. Main prize draw entry via scratch card
Entrants who receive a scratch card following a qualifying NAF purchase transaction can enter the main prize draw by scanning the QR code on the scratch card and completing the online entry form.
Online entries via the scratch card QR code must be submitted by 23:59 on 14 September 2026.
9. No purchase necessary route for main prize draw
No purchase is necessary to enter the main prize draw.
To enter without purchase, email info@naf-uk.com with your full name, email address, telephone number and eligible UK delivery address, using the subject line “NAF Scratch Card Prize Draw Entry”.
Email entries must be received by 23:59 on 14 September 2026. Entries submitted via the no-purchase route will be entered into the same main prize draw and will have the same chance of winning as entries submitted via the scratch card QR code.
10. Entry limit
One main prize draw entry per person, regardless of entry route. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified. Automated entries, incomplete entries, fraudulent entries or third-party entries may also be disqualified.
11. Main prize
One winner will receive:
- one horse rug;
- one coat;
- one cap;
- one bucket;
- one set of grooming and first aid essentials;
- a nutritional consultation with NAF; and
- a year’s supply of the winner’s chosen NAF product following consultation, posted monthly.
12. Main prize conditions
The year’s supply of NAF product will be agreed following the nutritional consultation with NAF and will be based on the product considered most suitable for the winner’s horse. The product will be supplied monthly for 12 months.
The year’s supply applies to one chosen NAF product only. Product selection, format and supply quantities are subject to suitability, availability and reasonable usage levels for one horse. NAF reserves the right to recommend an alternative product if the winner’s preferred product is not considered suitable following consultation, is unavailable, or is otherwise not appropriate for monthly supply.
The horse rug, coat, cap, bucket and grooming and first aid essentials are subject to availability. Sizes, colours, styles, product formats and exact items may vary. NAF reserves the right to substitute any prize element with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
Travel, accommodation, stabling, transport, insurance, veterinary fees, farrier fees, feed costs outside the specified NAF product supply, and any other costs not expressly listed are not included.
13. Winner selection
The main prize draw winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. The draw will be conducted using a verifiably random process or under independent supervision.
14. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted by NAF using the details provided at entry within 10 business days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 10 business days, NAF reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
15. No cash alternative
No cash alternative will be offered. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
16. Data protection
Personal data supplied during entry will be used to administer the promotion and fulfil the prize. Entrants’ details will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes unless consent has been given. Where necessary, details may be shared with giveaway partners, retailers or fulfilment providers solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and delivering the prize.
17. Marketing consent
Entrants may be given the option to consent to receiving marketing communications from NAF and/or selected giveaway partners. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entry.
18. Publicity
NAF may request that the winner participates in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion. The winner’s surname and county may be made available on request, unless the winner objects or requests that the amount of information published is reduced.
19. Retailer participation
Participating retailers are responsible for distributing scratch cards in accordance with the promotion guidance supplied by NAF. Scratch cards have no cash value and must not be sold, exchanged, transferred or distributed separately from a qualifying NAF purchase transaction.
20. Retail pricing independence and scratch card handling
Retail prices are set independently by participating retailers and remain at the sole discretion of each retailer. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to set, fix, restrict, monitor, control, recommend or influence the retail price of any NAF product.
NAF does not require, request or expect participating retailers to alter the retail price of any NAF product in connection with this promotion. Retailers remain free to determine their own retail prices independently.
Scratch cards are promotional materials and have no cash value. Scratch cards must not be sold separately, exchanged for cash, or treated as a paid-for item. No separate payment, fee or charge should be requested or accepted for the scratch card itself. Scratch cards should only be issued as part of a qualifying NAF purchase transaction, while stocks last.
21. General
NAF reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions or acts fraudulently, dishonestly or unfairly. NAF’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Scratch cards that are copied, forged, defaced, damaged, altered, tampered with, transferred, resold, illegible, incomplete, or obtained through unauthorised channels will be void and may be refused for instant-win prize redemption and/or main prize draw entry.
NAF accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, undelivered or not received due to technical, network, system, postal, email or other failure beyond its reasonable control.
22. Changes or cancellation
NAF reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
23. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
