NAF Event Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Greencoat Limited trading as NAF, Overthrow Farm, Old Heath Road, Wolverton, Hampshire, RG26 5RX (“NAF” or “the Promoter”).
2. Competition Period
The competition opens at 11th August 2026 and closes at 23rd August 11.59pm
Entries received after the Competition Period has ended will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The competition is open to all.
Employees of Greencoat Limited, their immediate families, agents, distributors and anyone else professionally connected with the administration of this competition are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, visit the NAF stand during the Competition Period at the World Championships in Aachen, Germany and complete the official competition entry form by scanning the QR code or completing the digital entry form linked to a web banner or social post
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or submitted after the Competition Period will not be accepted.
5. Prize
There will be one (1) winner.
The winner will receive a NAF prize bundle comprising:
One horse rug;
One NAF coat;
One NAF cap;
One NAF bucket;
One set of NAF grooming and first aid essentials;
One personalised nutritional consultation with a member of NAF’s Nutrition Team; and
A year’s supply of the winner’s chosen NAF product, as recommended following the nutritional consultation, supplied in monthly deliveries.
The total prize value will vary depending on the product selected following the nutritional consultation.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
The prize draw will take place within seven (7) days of the competition closing.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided at the time of entry.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within fourteen (14) days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
8. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may use their first name, country of residence and any photographs taken in connection with the competition for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Data Protection
Personal information supplied when entering the competition will be used solely for the administration of this competition and, where the entrant has expressly opted in, to receive future marketing communications from NAF.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the NAF Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or otherwise not successfully submitted due to technical or other reasons beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or is found to have tampered with the entry process.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
