Five Star GastriVet provides support for the body's own anti-inflammatory pathways and helps to maintain pH levels within a comfortable gastric environment. Maintaining the integrity of the stomach lining is necessary to ensure it is strong enough to withstand daily threats. Providing gelling agents will help to support the resilience of the squamous region’s mucus membrane.
Targeted nutrients can then help to retain stomach acid in the glandular region by supporting the natural fibre mat of the stomach, while caring for the glandular mucosa.
Five Star BioG combines a useful food source in the form of prebiotics, helping to promote good bacterial colonies. We also include a live yeast probiotic to help stimulate healthy numbers of good bacteria, while postbiotics provide beneficial metabolites to support immune function, and help prevent bad bacteria from taking control of the hindgut.

Very palatable supplement
My pony has previous history relating to her gut, instead of her super sweet nature she had become very difficult to girth, get on, and even riding. Erik came to me in June 2022 from a friend whose circumstances had changed. Erik had a lovely summer where we spent time getting to know him then Autumn/Winter came and he was like a horse possessed, bronking off in canter when schooling. A relaxed and a beautifully conditioned pony
Spud wears his heart on his sleeve and whenever he’s not 100% on top form, this can show even the simplest things such as brushing him. He pulls faces and even kicks out. I have tried many different digestive support options. After feeding GastriVet Spud seems a lot more relaxed, comfortable and settled. Quality and Clean Sport - Why I feed NAF products

GastriVet has had a very positive impact on Cobalt, he was getting quite grumpy around dinner time which was pretty out of character as he'd usually be quite patient. I can now touch his girth area without him turning his head and his grumpiness around feeding time has dropped dramatically, it's pretty hard to tell with a horse that's had a rough start to life whether it is trauma or something else, so GastriVet really helped me out.
